Mark Kaufman

Mark Kaufman is an accomplished insurance executive with a robust career spanning nearly four decades. Currently serving as the Executive Regional Vice President at XPT Specialty since August 2022, Kaufman previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers from May 2018 to August 2022, where significant growth initiatives were implemented, including the recruitment of seven new brokers and the establishment of a new office in the greater Los Angeles area. Prior to that, Kaufman held various roles at Monarch E & S Insurance Services and was a Commercial Underwriter at Howard-James Company. Kaufman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
