François Moerman

François Moerman is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of XRATOR, a Risk Quantification and Analytics SaaS company established in 2021 that assists enterprises and mid-sized businesses in managing their risk analysis, cyber security, and cyber insurance needs. With a strong focus on empowering leaders in security and risk management, XRATOR emphasizes integrating the financial impacts of risk management and offers tools for asset security scoring and remediation. Prior to XRATOR, François served as the Chief Technology Officer at softScheck Singapore Pte Ltd from June 2018 to September 2021 and worked as an Information Systems Auditor for the French Ministry for Armed Forces from May 2014 to May 2018. François holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Université de Bordeaux and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
