João Mendonça

João Mendonça has an extensive work experience spanning various industries. João currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at TestRail by Gurock since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Channels & Strategic Partnerships at Xray by Xblend starting in 2020. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Xpand IT, first as the Product & Business Development Lead and later as a Solutions Sales Specialist. Before that, they gained experience as a Junior Software Developer at Alphappl in 2014 and as a Sales and Support Manager at Admiral Markets Group from 2013 to 2014. João also has prior experience as a Youth Worker at Kostivere Youth Center from 2010 to 2013 and as a Customer Service / Front Desk Representative at Grupo Pestana in 2009. João started their career as a Customer Service Representative at PT Contact in 2009.

João Mendonça obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa. João also pursued a Post-Graduation degree in Digital Marketing from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Additionally, they have a certification in MTA - Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft, acquired in 2014.
