Natasha Lima has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital strategy. Natasha is currently working as the Head of Channel Marketing at Xray by Xblend since April 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles in channel marketing and partner marketing at Idera, Inc. and TestRail from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they worked at Global TaxUpdate as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for planning digital strategies, implementing and optimizing campaigns, and managing the lead pipeline. Natasha also has experience in consumer engagement coordination and consumer marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and MAC Cosmetics, where they were responsible for managing digital strategies, implementing CRM projects, and coordinating agencies' activities. Natasha started their career as a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst at CAOA, where they developed digital strategies, managed online media campaigns, and analyzed digital tools' results. Prior to that, Natasha worked at Naked Communications and Yoyo Eventos in account management and event coordination roles. Natasha began their career as a Marketing and Events Intern at HTI Consultoria e Tecnologia.

Natasha Lima completed their education at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, where they obtained a Certificate in Business and People Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, which they attended from 2010 to 2013.
