Rav Singh is a seasoned finance professional and CPA who currently serves as the Head of Finance at xrecruiter. With a strong track record in strategic financial planning and growth, Rav previously played a pivotal role at KX Pilates, where they contributed to expanding the business from 28 studios in one country to over 120 across six countries. Their accomplishments include transitioning financial reporting to an online platform, significantly improving efficiency, and transforming the company’s cash position during challenging times. Rav's earlier experience includes roles at Noodle Box and Atlantic Group V, where they honed their skills in financial management and reporting. They hold a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University and earned their CPA credential through CPA Australia.
