Frank Basile

Frank Basile is an experienced Principal Consultant with a strong background in guiding organizations towards positive culture change. They hold a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, where their passion for surveys was fostered under Dr. Peter Langford. Throughout their career, Frank has worked as an organizational survey specialist for over 20 years, beginning at NRL Stats and subsequently contributing to SHL Group, Voice Project, and currently Xref. They excel in survey design consulting and enjoy facilitating innovative workshops to address client challenges across the employee life cycle.
