Jonathan Mathers

Jonathan Mathers brings extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Sales Director at Xref since August 2020, where previous roles included Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Jonathan held the position of Sponsorship Manager at Bayside United from May 2022 to November 2023 and contributed to a national Covid project as an Internal Recruiter at Aveo Group in early 2020. Prior experience also includes a Senior Associate role at u&u. Recruitment Partners and a leadership position at Kelly Services Australia, where Jonathan was involved in various recruitment functions across multiple specialist divisions. Early in the career, Jonathan played as a footballer for Wagga City Wanderers and had an initial experience in sales analysis and graduate recruitment at IBM. Jonathan holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by foundational education at Aberdeen Grammar School.
