Marley Monk

Marley Monk is currently the Regional Director for APAC at Xref, where they lead the sales team and support clients in automating reference checks across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Marley served as an Account Executive and Country Manager for New Zealand at Xref, enhancing the hiring process through data-driven insights. Earlier in their career, Marley worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Stirling Andersen, focusing on specialist insurance recruitment. They began their professional journey at Iceberg Recruitment Pty Ltd as a Consultant shortly after graduating from St Cuthbert's College.
