Haley Hoppe is a Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering graduate from Northern Illinois University, where valuable skills in time management and work ethic were developed as a Women's Soccer Player from August 2017 to December 2021. During this time, Haley coordinated community volunteer activities and served on the Leadership Council, contributing to team decision-making processes. Following graduation, valuable experience was gained as a Scientist I, Formulation, and Biotech Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2022 to June 2024, primarily focused on meeting the demand for COVID-19 testing through the manufacturing of serums and fluids. In March 2025, Haley expanded professional expertise as a Project Engineer and Operations Support Associate at XRI.
