Javier Gonzalez has extensive experience in various managerial roles within the waste management and energy industries. Javier currently serves as the Vice President of Recycling at XRI, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Area Manager at XRI from September 2020 to November 2021 and as a Field Manager from May 2018 to September 2020. Before joining XRI, Javier held the position of Operations Supervisor at Republic Services from October 2016 to May 2018. Javier also served as the Operations Manager at Wes-Tex Vacuum Services from May 2015 to February 2016, where they were responsible for strategic planning, daily operations, fleet management, and customer relationship building.
