Empowering the Surgical Future with Intelligence.

XRlabs is pioneering a new era of surgical care by combining extended reality (XR), artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced computer vision into one powerful platform.

Founded by neurosurgeon Dr. Ali Haddad, we are building the world's first fully integrated surgical intelligence stack—designed to elevate precision, accelerate training, and expand access to high-quality surgery globally.

From patient-specific rehearsal and immersive training to real-time intraoperative guidance, our technologies empower clinicians at every stage of the surgical journey.

Our mission is simple: make safer, smarter surgery available to everyone, everywhere.
