Lars Kraeft

Lars Kraeft currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at XSYS Global, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Kraeft served as Vice President of Sales at KESSLER & CO. GMBH & CO. KG from July 2021 to March 2023. From January 2018 to June 2021, Kraeft was Vice President at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, overseeing the customer-facing business unit for power solutions across various industries. Kraeft also held the position of Director of Rail and Industrial Drive Systems at ZF Friedrichshafen from October 2009 to December 2017, managing profit and loss as well as strategy implementation for the profit center. Earlier career experience includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Controlling at Voith Turbo and Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Kraeft holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained in 1998.
