Lawrence J has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they served as the Marketing & Operations VP at SMART until October 2021. In 2022, they co-founded NFTalent, and later in the same year, they joined XT.COM Exchange as the Chief Operating Officer.

Lawrence J holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing from Duke University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore, completing it from 2014 to 2016.
