Previously, Peter held positions at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, where they contributed to research in neural networks and quantum dynamics. Peter earned their PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and completed their Bachelor's degree at Dalian University of Technology.
