Michał Bareja

Michał Bareja is currently the Engineering Manager at XTB, where they leverage extensive experience in managing software development teams. Michał began their career as a backend developer at a small game studio, later joining IMPAQ as a Programmer/Designer, where they gained skills in Agile methodologies and cloud computing. After working at various notable companies, including Allegro.pl and Pragmatists, Michał became a training expert in Agile and software craftsmanship. They are also a maintainer of an open-source library and continue to enhance their skills at the Warsaw University of Technology.
