Michał Lipski

Michał Lipski is currently the Engineering Teams Manager at XTB, where they lead talented engineers in developing an Internal Developer Platform. They possess extensive experience as a Java Software Developer, previously creating custom IT solutions at Eyzee S.A. and contributing to major projects for top-tier banking and telecom clients. Michał has also served as a Trainer at the Software Development Academy and held specialist roles at PKO Bank Polski. Currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology and studies in Accounting and Finance at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, Michał combines technical expertise with effective team leadership.
