Ido Abergel

Ido Abergel is a Deep Learning & Computer Vision Engineer at XTEND since September 2021, contributing to the development of autonomous drone systems aimed at enhancing operator situational awareness. Previously, Ido served as a Deep Learning & Computer Vision Leader at Ophthalmic Sciences from December 2019 to November 2021, focusing on innovative devices for non-contact intraocular pressure measurement. Earlier experience includes a role as an Electrical Panels Designer at TAMHASH from January 2013 to October 2015, where Ido specialized in designing electric panels and participated in a significant certification project. Ido holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2015 and 2019.
