Ofek Dagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and military leadership. Currently serving as Director of Sales and Business Development at XTEND since December 2025, Ofek previously held significant roles at Elbit Systems Israel, including Mortars Business Unit Manager and Business Development & Program Manager for the Mortars & Ammunition Business Unit from April 2018 to October 2025. Earlier in career, Ofek served as an Artillery Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2011 to August 2017, taking on several command positions, including Battery Commander, Company Commander, and Deputy Commander of Strike Cells School, achieving the rank of Major.
