Yaffa Vizner is currently the Chief People and Culture at Xtend, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR management and organizational consultancy for global organizations. They have previously held key roles at Applied Materials, Wix.com, and SAIPS, where they led initiatives in recruitment, organizational development, and wellbeing programs. Yaffa has played an integral role in mergers and acquisitions and has extensive expertise in shaping HR functions to align with organizational needs. They hold a degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
