Yonatan Tal

Yonatan Tal is a visionary leader with extensive experience in technology and management. They co-founded Genesis, an elite academic training program aimed at developing technological leadership for Jews globally, and serve as General Manager at XTEND, where they lead innovation in extended reality and drone technology. Previously, Yonatan held significant roles in the Israeli Air Force, including Commander and Head of the Leadership Academy and "Talpiot" program, where they trained future leaders and managed complex operations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Shenkar and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
