Mikhail O'Laughlin

Mikhail O'Laughlin is currently the VP of Finance at Xtensys, where they are responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, and oversight of finance staff. Mikhail previously worked at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca as a Financial Analyst and held various roles at Insero & Co. CPAs, where they specialized in municipal and non-profit financial audits. Mikhail began their career as a Crew Member at The Wendy's Company and also tutored accounting students at Hartwick College. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Hartwick College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
