Heath Webster

Heath Webster has an extensive background in software development and leadership, currently serving as VP of Software Development at both Xtern Software and HaystackCRM since 2004 and 2016 respectively, with previous roles including Lead Developer and Senior Software Developer at Xtern Software. In addition, Heath is the Founder and CEO of Carlabby, LLC, a mobile application platform designed for families to create and share memories through personalized channels. Earlier career experiences include developer positions at Lexington Home Brands and Advanced Manufacturing Solutions from 1999 to 2004. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operation Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 1999.
