Lindsey Elberti

Lindsey Elberti is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of People at XTIUM since March 2025. Prior to this role, Lindsey spent nearly 17 years at Evolve IP, progressing through various positions including Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Director of Organizational Development. Lindsey has a strong background in organizational development, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for over 400 employees. Notable achievements include successfully integrating nine acquisitions, developing a proprietary learning and development program, and establishing the Organizational Development team. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
