Ronald Zampolin

President Of Corporate Development at Xtium

Mr. Zampolin is a senior finance executive with over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity and financial management and has been involved in over 100 transactions in the technology sector covering software, IT services, data infrastructure and Internet companies. Ron’s experience includes private and public equity and debt capital raising, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.

Most recently, Mr. Zampolin was the CFO of IDSS Holdings, a developer and integrator of advanced imaging technology for security applications. Prior to IDSS, Mr. Zampolin was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald where he was responsible for the firm’s technology media and telecom banking efforts. Mr. Zampolin has also held senior executive positions with Southfield Capital Partners, Credit Suisse’s Technology investment banking group, DLJ and Kidder Peabody. During his career, he has raised over $10 billion for technology and communications companies and has worked on over $8 billion of strategic advisory and M&A assignments.

Mr. Zampolin received an MBA from Columbia University where he graduated with honors and graduated with distinction from the University of Rochester with a BS in Physics and MS in Optical Engineering.
