Hayden Johnson

Hayden Johnson has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current position as a UI Developer at XTIVIA, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineering Student at Thinkful, where they gained hands-on industry-relevant curriculum with a focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React. js, React Hooks, Node. js, PostgreSQL, and Express. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Program Manager at The Navigators, where they managed travel, logistics, and setup to provide a safe environment for the campers each week, educated new employees on operation procedures and expectations, and organized twenty individuals in their own separate teams to effectively meet the various deadlines. Additionally, they were an Administrative Assistant at Manna Church from 2020 to 2021, where they assisted in the coordination and management of various teams in the church, adapted weekly for new projects and tasks that were needed, and performed in the production of training videos and audio recordings for the onboarding of future team members.

Hayden Johnson attended Manna University from 2020 to 2024, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Ministry.
