Naidu Karri began their career in 2010 as an Associate Consultant at Software AG. In 2012, they moved to Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst. In 2013, they became a webMethods consultant at DSM. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Application Developer at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2016, they began working as an Integration Architect at Stewart Title. Naidu then moved to Shoes For Crews in 2018 in the same role. In 2019, they worked as an Integration Architect at both Hertz and Infor. In 2020, they started working as an Integration Architect at the American Association of Cancer Research.

Naidu Karri's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Narayana Jr. College between 2002 and 2004. Naidu also attended RSS between 1992 and 2002.
