Fumitomo Hide

Fumitomo Hide is currently the Principal IP Architect at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc., where they are responsible for developing an extensive patent portfolio. They previously served as the Senior Director of IP Strategy at Rambus and held various leadership roles, including Director of Intellectual Property at Global Lighting Technologies Inc. and Vice President of R&D at Adven Corp. Fumitomo earned a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from UC Santa Barbara, where they also completed an M.A. in Physics. Additionally, they have extensive experience consulting for multiple tech companies and have contributed significantly to advancements in diverse technologies such as fuel cells and LED lighting.
