Sebastian Mlodzinski

Sebastian Mlodzinski has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sebastian is currently the CEO of TIMATE, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, they founded and was a member of Europa+, a company they established in August 2006. Their previous experience includes being a partner at mBank S.A. since September 2004. In 2002, they founded Young Consulting, a successful regional advisory company specializing in audits, development, and investment strategies. In 2015, Sebastian co-founded XTPL, a technology company focused on producing transparent conductive film for solar cells and LCD displays. Sebastian also served on the Supervisory Board of XTPL from December 2017 to January 2020. Sebastian was the founder of SYMETRIA / star&ring, a company they established in January 2006 and stayed with until December 2015. Sebastian also worked as a lecturer at WSB-NLU from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Sebastian held various positions at Optimus SA, including Managing Director, Director of Development, and General Product Manager. Sebastian started their professional journey as a Marketing Specialist at Kverneland Accord Germany from June 1997 to August 1998.

Sebastian Mlodzinski began their education in 1994 at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, where they pursued a Master of Economics degree. Sebastian dedicated himself to this field of study until 1999. In addition to their studies at Wroclaw, Sebastian also attended TU Dortmund University from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued negotiation and mediation, though they did not obtain a degree in this particular area of study.
