Nick Dvoriankin is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in technology, product design, marketing, and branding. As the Managing Partner and Founder of XTR Solutions since August 2020, Nick has overseen the establishment of four offices serving five global markets, managing over 130 projects and a team of more than 100 experts. In December 2023, Nick co-founded Teleforce, a community management platform based on Telegram WebApp, and in March 2023, became a co-founder of SCOOP, an AI-backed productivity tool designed to filter information noise. Additionally, Nick has contributed to On Deck Scale Fellowship since September 2022, supporting high-growth ventures. Previously, as Director of International Business Development at Natur Zulaten GmbH, Nick drove a 14% revenue increase and expanded business operations into China within four months. Nick's earlier experience includes serving as Area Manager for Eastern Europe & Asia at Autolink, where successful market expansions occurred in China, Mongolia, and Russia, and as CCO at the Commercial Seaport of Ust-Luga, where notable improvements in customer service and business processes were achieved.
