Pankaj Waghmare

Pankaj Waghmare is an experienced professional in business development and operations, currently serving as the Director of Value Added Services Business at XtraCover since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Development at Flipkart from August 2017 to August 2023, where Pankaj was instrumental in building a supply chain for refurbished verticals and onboarding over 120 seller partners. Prior to Flipkart, Pankaj worked at eBay Inc. as Category Manager for the Technology Vertical, achieving significant growth in the Mobile Phones and Refurbished Business, and at eBay Motors in a managerial capacity focused on seller acquisition. Pankaj began a career at Baazee.com, leading operations and merchandising for the Auto Auction Vertical.
