Robert Lex

Robert Lex has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Robert most recently worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Xtract One Technologies starting in 2018. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they were the Sr Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Avigilon, where they recruited and led a new team and directed supply agreements.

Before that, from 2010 to 2015, Robert was the Director of Operations at .consulting, where they managed several teams providing custom design, engineering, software, procurement, and build solutions. Their responsibilities included overall supply chain execution, P&L performance, and strategy for global OEM accounts.

Robert's career began at IBM in 1987, where they held several roles including Engineering Manager. Robert successfully implemented vision systems for high volume manufacturing applications and managed large teams in manufacturing operations.
