Mark Wong

Mark Wong is an experienced software engineer with over two decades in the field, currently serving as the lead developer at Xtralis since February 2001. In this role, Mark developed the VSC tool for configuring, controlling, and monitoring fire detection systems. Prior to Xtralis, Mark worked as an analysis programmer at IBM Global Services from August 1999 to January 2001, focusing on enhancements and support for systems used in the Telstra Call Centre. Earlier experience includes work at ANZ from August 1995 to August 1999, where Mark contributed to the development of the Integrated Front End for the phone banking system and provided support for a mainframe application. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business System degree from Monash University, completed between 1993 and 1995.
