Xavier Ragage has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Xavier is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Xtramile, an HR Trading & Parsing platform that utilizes technology and artificial intelligence to provide advanced HR solutions. Prior to this, Xavier worked as an Écrivain (writer) for Editions l'Harmattan, where they wrote about entrepreneurial themes and explored the application of Greek ethics to entrepreneurship.

Xavier also has experience at J.P. Morgan, where they held multiple roles. Xavier worked in the Alternatives Investments Group from 2011 to 2013, and before that, they served as an HNW/UHNW Private Banker from 2009 to 2011. As a UHNW Relationship Manager from 2007 to 2009, Xavier collaborated with a team of professionals to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients and acted as the JP Morgan Courtage SAS representative on the French market.

Earlier in their career, Xavier worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Financial Auditor, where they produced audited financial reports and profitability analyses. Xavier also gained experience as an intern at MI-GSO | PCUBED, where they developed a Return on Investment (ROI) methodology for Project Management. Overall, Xavier's work experience reflects their expertise in HR, finance, writing, and project management.

Xavier Ragage's education history is as follows:

- From 2020 to 2021, Xavier attended École de Guerre as a Civilian Trainee, specializing in the French War College.

- In 2006 to 2007, they attended CFA Institute, focusing on Economics & Finance.

- Xavier pursued a Master's degree in Economics & Political Science from New York University, from 2002 to 2003.

- From 2000 to 2002, they studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne, obtaining a Master's degree in Political Philosophy and Economics.
