Sam Guron

Sam Guron has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Sam is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Ahern Engineering, LLC, which is part of the Ahern Family of Companies. In this role, they oversee research and development, prototype builds, and engineering design services for new products.

Prior to Ahern Engineering, Sam served as the Vice President of Engineering at Xtreme Manufacturing, where they managed the production of telehandlers and truck beds. Sam also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Snorkel, a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms.

Sam's longest tenure was at Caterpillar Inc., where they held multiple leadership positions. Sam notably founded the Electrical & Electronics Systems Harness Center of Excellence and developed NPD systems engineering standards. Sam also served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, coaching and teaching Six Sigma classes.

Sam Guron has a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MSEE) from Wayne State University. In addition to their degrees, Sam has obtained several certifications, including Executive Leadership from Oshkosh Corporation in 2018, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc. in 2004, and Outstanding Customer Relationship Management from Dale Carnegie Training in 2001.
