At XUL, we believe people should have the light and space to thrive.
Our commitment to human-centred design means we lead with the principles of ‘neuroarchitecture’. While it may sound technical, the premise is simple: we understand the true impact of architecture on the human mind and body.

From natural light to ceiling height, buildings and spaces have an undeniable impact on how we think and feel. As architects, we have a responsibility to not only prioritise these emotions - but delve into the science behind them. The result? A home that not only achieves your vision, but supports your health, wellbeing, and cognitive performance.

Choose to transform your home with XUL, and you’ll receive a service that’s fully curated to your needs. We understand the demands of work and family can often leave precious little time, which is why we can manage all aspects of your design and build from start to finish. Or, purely focus on architectural services - our degree of involvement is entirely down to you.

To date, we have worked on 300+ successful projects in a multitude of boroughs in London. These include Camden, Barnet, Haringey and Westminster, renowned as some of the most challenging locations in terms of planning permission.

Our unrivalled local expertise equips us with the knowledge needed to seamlessly navigate planning intricacies, and partner with the most skilled contractors for our projects.

The value of XUL goes far beyond traditional architecture. Visit our website and get in touch to find out how we can transform your light and space.
