Kelsey Bardfield

Kelsey Bardfield is the Director of People Operations at Xurrent and has served as a member of the Board of Advisors for Planet Protectors. Kelsey has a strong background in talent development, having held various leadership roles at Activision, Google, and LogicMonitor, where they designed and managed comprehensive learning and development programs. They are also a published eLearning author with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, contributing significantly to industry discourse. Kelsey’s early career included positions at Apple Retail and Anchore, where they developed inclusive employee strategies. Currently, Kelsey also instructs Pilates and engages in community outreach through Planet Protectors.
