XV Foundation was Co-Founded by Alycia Washington and Kristine Sommer, both USA Rugby Players to create sustainable funding and professionalize the USA Women's Rugby Team. Since its creation in 2020, XV Foundation has been able to raise donations annually, supporting players financially as they attend USA Rugby selection camps, and international tournaments. All funds are used to support players directly in their pursuit to wear the USA jersey and play for their country. Without professional contracts, players must manage full-time playing and training schedules while balancing school, careers, injuries and a high-performance lifestyle. 

It is our intention to remove the financial burden from players, allowing players to focus on winning on the international stage. Each donation makes a direct impact.
