Emanuela Pegoraro

Emanuela Pegoraro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as a Senior Project Manager at XWP, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Owner and Project Manager at an undisclosed company from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they served as the Project Management Lead, responsible for overseeing the web development cycle and representing the team on the company's board of directors. Emanuela worked with clients such as Campari Group, Yara Brasil, Bimbo Group, Lactalis Group, and Sicredi Credit Union. Additionally, Emanuela held the position of Content and Relationship Lead, managing the Social Media team and working with clients such as Yara Brasil, Bimbo Group, and Sicredi Credit Union. In this capacity, they were responsible for various tasks, including developing and presenting commercial proposals, planning and executing social media campaigns, producing content for social media, providing customer service and relationship management, as well as recruitment, training, and management of the team.

Before this, Emanuela worked as a Social Media Analyst at Aldeia from 2010 to 2012 and was involved in managing social media strategies for clients such as Gisele Bündchen Official Website, Colcci, Coca-Cola Clothing, and Disney - Game Tron Paranoid.

In 2009, they worked as a Producer and Reporter for Radiovisual at the 7th Mercosur Biennial, where they planned and executed a multimedia project aimed at sharing information about the artists and their work with the public.

Emanuela also gained experience as a Web Development Assistant at DZ Estúdio from 2008 to 2009, focusing on email marketing front-end coding, website content update, and traffic reports elaboration.

Additionally, they worked as an Editorial Assistant in charge of Brazilian Portuguese Media at Vatican Radio from 2007 to 2008, where they participated in editing and live transmission of programming for Brazilian audiences and performed tasks such as writing, audio editing, and Italian-Portuguese translation.

Emanuela Pegoraro's education history is as follows:

From 2003 to 2009, Emanuela attended the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where they pursued a major in Journalism and Mass Communication.

In 2011 to 2012, they enrolled in ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and obtained a certification in Digital Marketing.

In 2019, Emanuela started their major in Psychology at Complexo de Ensino Superior - IMED, which is expected to end in 2026.

Between 2018 and 2020, they completed a certification in Transpersonal Psychology at Unipaz Sul – Peace University.

Before their university studies, from 2000 to 2002, Emanuela attended CETEC UCS, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Emanuela has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received a certification in Digital Project Management from trampos ACADEMY. Emanuela also obtained a certification in "Linguagem, estética e estratégia de comunicação online" from Perestroika in 2011. Most recently, in November 2021, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) after completing the certification program offered by Scrum Alliance.
