XX innovation is a non-profit organisation, on a mission to redesign the systems behind women’s health.

Women’s health does not fall short just because of a lack of innovation or advocacy, but mainly because the systems that shape research, regulation, funding, and care were never designed with women as the reference point. As a result, progress remains fragmented, slow, and uneven.

XX innovation works across the women’s health ecosystem to identify where and why the system breaks down, and to help build clear, coordinated pathways for change. We connect the actors with the power to move the system - including regulators, policymakers, the NHS, researchers, funders, and innovators - aligning evidence with the levers required to drive implementation and adoption at scale.

Our approach is deliberately solution-oriented. We move beyond advocacy to focus on system alignment, accountability, and delivery, enabling diagnostic and therapeutic innovations to be funded, regulated, implemented, and accessed in a timely and equitable way.

Because recognising women’s pain is not enough; impact requires systems designed to respond and deliver.
