Saheeka Farook

Saheeka Farook has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2004. Saheeka began their career at IFS as a Software Engineer, then moved up to Senior Software Engineer and Technical Manager. Saheeka also served as a Senior Technical Writer and Technical Writer during their time there. In 2019, they became an ERP Consultant Specialising in Technical Documentation at WIA Systems Inc, as well as an External Technical Writer at IFS and a Freelance Technical Writer. Currently, they are a Senior Manager Customer Success and a Consultant - Technical Content at Xyicon.

Saheeka Farook completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Australian Institute of Business in 2014. Prior to this, they completed their BCS Professional Examination at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT between 2004 and 2006.
