Established in early 2018, Xylem has become a trusted, award-winning improvement partner to the public sector, principally supporting the NHS.

We operate under an associate-led model which includes a core team of ‘Associate Partners’ and over 100 other consultants, the majority of which we have worked with on numerous occasions and rely on regularly to support our clients. 

We have partnered with over 45 organisations and assisted hundreds of projects and programmes critical to the delivery of operational and strategic priorities for our clients and we are proud to play our small part in the ongoing transformation of the NHS.

We have a portfolio of services which has been developed in response to the needs of our clients. This is based on a combination of professional and managed services, programme and project delivery, strategic partnerships as well as data led solutions.
