Anne Culp

Anne Culp is an experienced EHS&S Manager at Xylem Inc. since August 2014, overseeing employee skill development, safety compliance, VPP implementation, and environmental compliance at the Auburn and Seneca Falls sites. Prior to Xylem, Anne served as the Health, Environmental, Safety & Energy Manager at Case New Holland, where the facility experienced an unexpected expansion. Additional experience includes roles as Pall Enterprise System Manager at Pall Corporation, Senior Process Specialist at Henkel Surface Technologies, and various positions in environmental and production management, beginning as a Lab Technician at Lucidol. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain & Labor from Regis University, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Syracuse University, and a BS in Environmental Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, among others.
