Bart Ferrero

Bart Ferrero currently serves as Manager of the Center of Excellence at Xylem, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Bart was Continuous Improvement Manager for Branches at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., where efforts focused on improving customer experience in parts and service operations. With experience as Service Operations Manager at Puckett Machinery Company, Bart was responsible for achieving targets in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while implementing continuous improvement and lean production principles. Bart also worked over 14 years at Caterpillar Inc. in various roles, including Product Support Integration Management, where the emphasis was on meeting mining customers' requirements and developing repair options. Bart holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
