Brett Dolecheck

Brett Dolecheck is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in leading global teams and developing innovative technology solutions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Xylem Inc., Brett oversees the Sensus Engineering organization, focusing on software and firmware solutions for the water, gas, electric, and AMI/AMR markets. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Honeywell and Canonical Ltd., where Brett drove advancements in smart energy systems and open-source software, respectively. Additionally, Brett has a strong background in managing software development teams at companies such as NetApp and FalconStor Software, contributing to significant advancements in storage technology and system integration.
