Cathy Warren

Cathy Warren currently serves as the Global Service Management Delivery Leader at Xylem Inc. since January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Global IT Service Desk Manager at The Clorox Company from December 2018 to January 2021, as well as significant positions at DexYP from December 2007 to September 2017, including Senior Manager of IT Escalation & Support. Cathy also held various leadership roles at Verizon from November 1996 to November 2007, culminating as Senior Manager of the Database Administration Centers (DBAC). Educational credentials include an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from the Fashion Institute of Technology and further studies at Hofstra University and SUNY New Paltz.
