Christine Seton

Christine Seton is a seasoned IT leader with over three decades of experience in technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Xylem since March 2025, Christine previously led a $25 million digital transformation initiative at Littelfuse as Senior Director of IT Applications & Digital Marketing from August 2018 to March 2025. Prior to that, as IT Director at Motorola Solutions from June 1992 to May 2018, Christine managed a large team to successfully implement a global sales and order management system, achieving swift adoption among sales executives. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
