Clare Cheng

Clare Cheng currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Employee Experience and Director of Learning and Talent Development for Emerging Markets at Xylem since November 2023, where responsibilities include partnering with regional HRBPs and senior leaders to develop learning and talent strategies that support organizational objectives. Prior to Xylem, Clare held the position of HR Director for APAC at Evoqua Water Technologies from July 2020 to November 2023, focusing on aligning people strategies with business results in the region. Clare's experience also includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at Philips in both Singapore and Shanghai, Human Resources Business Partner at Fragomen, and HR Generalist at GE, supporting various HR functions. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales Assistant at Siemens. Clare Cheng obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation and Human Resource Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
