Cody Fillman

Cody Fillman is a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager at Xylem Inc. since January 2018, where responsibilities include designing mechanical components for analytical instruments, providing sustaining engineering, and generating Solidworks models for third-party vendors. Prior to Xylem, Cody served as the Equipment Application and Development Lead at ALS Oil & Gas, focusing on product creation, developing sustainable documentation processes, and market-adaptive designs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research and Development Consultant at ALS, where Cody contributed to ISO 9001:2008 certification and provided technical support. Cody's career began at Weatherford as a Technical Representative, specializing in gas detection equipment, and as a Sound Engineer at Bacon Heights, managing live audio productions. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
