Constantin Ginet

Constantin Ginet currently serves as the Leader of the Transport Product Portfolio at Xylem since October 2025. Prior to this role, Constantin held multiple senior positions at Siemens from April 2013 to October 2025, including Executive Vice President of Energy Performance Services/Sustainability and global head of the Microgrid and Renewable Integration Business Function. Constantin's earlier experience includes a project supervisor role at GPA focused on international cooperation in energy infrastructure and project management positions at Alstom Power, where responsibilities spanned from program management to R&D development engineering. Constantin holds an MBA from IMD and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL.
