David Phillips serves as the Director of CBS Inside Sales at Xylem since August 2019, overseeing the OEM NA Inside team, which includes OEM Development Engineers, Application Engineers, and Customer Service. Previously, David held the position of Advanced Technologies Associate Principal Engineer at Xylem Inc. from May 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included identifying and promoting new technologies for AWS water systems and managing innovation initiatives. David's earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager for Advanced Technology Development at Xylem Inc. and Associate Project Engineer at ITT Jabsco. David began a career in engineering as a Test Technician at L'Garde, contributing to the IAE project for the Shuttle Endeavor.
